From her early works, we can see that Ruby Wang was influenced by the traditional painting techniques and the Oriental theory. She was determined to be an expresser of the Oriental theory, but her works have gradually shown the innovative spirit and the rich imagination of an artist.
During her long period of art creation, she combines the traditional Chinese painting skills, tools, materials and themes with western watercolor paintings and modern art format.
